HMS Center for Workplace Learning and Performance
The Center for Workplace Learning and Performance (CWLP) provides professional, organization, and career development programs that enable HMS/HSDM employees to enhance their management, communication, and leadership skills, and take charge of their careers. Through programs such as employee and supervisor orientations, the implementation of a school-wide performance management system, seminars and workshops on job performance and career-related topics, confidential career and executive coaching, and organization development consultation, the Center provides the support and partnership needed for staff and faculty to achieve success in research, education, and leadership.
